Treatments and consultations are available by appointment only. Information about our locations and hours is available on our Contact page. You can also schedule an appointment or a complimentary consultation.
Confirmation Emails: A confirmation email is sent out as soon as an appointment is scheduled. A second confirmation email is sent out 48 hours prior to each appointment.
Cancellation Policy: We ask everyone to please cancel at least 24 hours in advance of their appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee or loss of deposit. Same Day cancellations and No-Shows may incur a fee equal to 100% of the treatment cost.
Late Arrival: It’s important we maintain our schedule so the originally scheduled treatment time may be reduced for clients who arrive late. We understand traffic is unpredictable but ask that you please allow additional drive time during rush hour.
Inclement Weather Policy: The office may close due to inclement weather. Clients will be notified via email and/or phone call. The outgoing message on the answering machine will also be changed to indicate the closure. Cancellation fees will not be imposed if the office is open and clients cancel due to poor weather or dangerous driving conditions.
Payment is due at time of treatment. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
